  1. Added more defaults for hugo.toml 

    Upon running the original setup command, I was hit with a 'Error: no existing content directory configured for this project'.

Added in defaults taken from lotusdocs.dev and introduced them here.

  2. Added prerequisites for content creation. 

    Added configuration options for the hugo module and added Prerequistes section to create the content directory.
