not Working! (in Windows10), please help #122

Hello
I have install 3Commas Portfolio Manager but not Working! (in Windows10) . The Api Keys from 3commas are correct 100% but i see error massage

In menu and select Toggle Developer Tools, I see error(s) i in the console output

Can you help me?
