Instructions for downloading, installing and using the pre-converted TensorRT versions of SD3 Medium with ComfyUI and ComfyUI_TensorRT

I've found the pre-converted TensorRT versions of SD3 Medium at https://huggingface.co/stabilityai/stable-diffusion-3-medium-tensorrt

But I don't understand how to download, install and use them with ComfyUI_TensorRT, as they are not (yet) mentioned in the readme for ComfyUI_TensorRT

Ideally I would just be able to install the models from within ComfyUI > Install Models but I can't find these TensorRT versions there

Right now the nodes in this repo do the full conversion themselves and are not meant to be used with pre converted models.

about trt here, could you please let me know if I should still using ModelSamplingSD3 after a trtloader?
