Do you reckon we'll look at doing the npm and bundle install into the phing build script or are we leaving it out as its a one time thing ?

BTw, this could be useful @bimsonz @gusliedke @Saphyel to skip a build if you're just doing doc changes or whatever, from https://docs.travis-ci.com/user/customizing-the-build/

Commits that have [ci skip] anywhere in the commit messages are ignored by Travis CI.
