Describe The Bug
Rather than showing the date as it appears in the database, the cover date is being adjusted by the user's timezone.

To Reproduce The Bug
Steps to reproduce the behavior. Please be as complete as possible and describe the exact steps and values used to cause the error:

  1. Go to the details page for a comic.
  2. Go to the Overview tab.
  3. If the user is in a timezone west of GMT, the date shows as one day earlier than is in the database.

Expected Behavior

  1. The date shown should be the same as in the database.
