Describe The Bug
When using the -L [FILENAME] no log file is being created.

To Reproduce The Bug
Steps to reproduce the behavior. Please be as complete as possible and describe the exact steps and values used to cause the error:

  1. Launch the application using the script with the option -L test.log.
  2. No log file is created

Expected Behavior
A log file should be created containing the output.

Fixed creating the log file [comixed#778]

 * Set the default loging level to INFO for CX code.
 * No other logging is enabled by default.
