Describe The Bug
There is no visible means to access the reading lists page.

To Reproduce The Bug
Steps to reproduce the behavior. Please be as complete as possible and describe the exact steps and values used to cause the error:

  1. Open the side navigation bar.
  2. There is no option to go to the reading lists page.

Expected Behavior

  1. There should be an option to go to the reading lists page.
