It seems like GH is having trouble detecting the license. I tried running
licenseelocally, which is what GH is using, and it got confused by this license.info file.I don't think I've seen this file in any other repos and it seems a bit unnecessary and hard to keep up to date, so I'm just gonna try removing it.
