• Related to 🔖 draft membership agreements #153, I tried to clarify EGC GitHub account requirement (while making clear that projects can be hosted elsewhere).

Not yet. I'm working on what that will look like. That was the reasoning for a recent PR with an initial pass at EGC/regular membership form data.
