What does this sentence mean? |
This could be a better way to say it: This indemnification does not cover a person who is found responsible for wrongdoing in a legal action brought by the Foundation or on behalf of the Foundation. Basically, if you are actually doing something unlawful, you are not covered by this. If we want to revise this one, I'll have to check w/ our lawyer (not a big deal, just saying this is a section with legal-load-bearing words). |
