Please update the ctkVTKScalarBarWidget with new VTK6 vtkScalarBarActor options to allow display of the scalars to colors annotations:
DrawAnnotations
DrawNanAnnotation
AnnotationLeaderPadding
FixedAnnotationLeaderLineColor
NanAnnotation
AnnotationTextScaling

Note: feature request to VTK submitted asking for NumberOfAnnotations, DrawLabels:
