I agree with this. It seems like something might have changed recently because now I have an extra couple clicks to find my organization's repositories. |

+1 for this I use bookmarks that basically make circumnavigate the dashboard all together to avoid the unnecessary clicks, but really the dashboard is supposed to be the landing space filled with very useful information and context... without this it isn't anything to me because i never see it. |

If you go to github.com, you are shown a "dashboard context".

This currently defaults to your personal dashboard. However, if you are an organization member, you are significantly more likely to be on GitHub for your organization than for personal reasons. I would like to be able to set which dashboard context is my default context.
Additionally, I would love if this page became more useful, such as adding in links to Teams and Projects.
