Hi @ghostinhershell, thank you for you answer, meanwhile it turned out Copilot plugin of VS Code works as expected so the issue could be in JetBrains plugin. |

I've just installed GitHub Copilot 1.5.0.5148 plugin of JetBrains to Rider (2023.3.4) when I try to sign in to GitHub I always get the following error:
Sign in failed. Reason: Could not log in with device flow on github.com: tunneling socket could not be established, cause=connect ECONNREFUSED ::1:3128, request id: 6, error code: 1001
The proxy is set to manual proxy and use localhost:3128.
