Slowdown when opening the first file in Neovim

Hi.

I started using Copilot in neovim a couple of weeks ago, and I love it so far.

One thing that is puzzling me is the time it takes the first time I open a file, usually a couple of seconds.
Subsequent file opens seem to run fast enough.

I profiled it using Neovim's built-in profiler, and is what it shows (I only kept the ones that took more than 1 second for better readability):

Based on another answer in this community forum, I suspected an old version of node, but updating to 20.12.1 did not change anything.

Try 1.27.0, which coincidentally dropped last night and improved the startup behavior a bit.

Just tried version 1.27.0, and it works much better indeed: the copilot functions shown in the profiler are all down to less than 0.07s now.
