Is it possible to get the devcontainer logs written to stdout?

I'm trying to forward logs from my codespaces devcontainer to stdout so that I can have another container pick them up and forward them to our log ingestion system. The root of the issue is that when using docker-compose if I run docker logs <devcontainer_id> I only see "Container Started".

Is there a way to get the output from operations in the codespace forwarded to stdout so that docker logs can tail them correctly?
