Adds a new button to the grid that allows the polygon used for a spatial selection to be removed (without needing to reactivate the tool).
Also adds a new context-menu item to the tool "Cancel Drawing" to cancel drawing the current feature (this should also be possible by pressing the Escape key - an OL default, but this doesn't seem to work).
@select-8 @fergaldoyle - this button would currently always be visible when this pull request is merged. Should it be optional?
