Notarization is going to be a requirement in future versions of macOS.

It is supported in version 13.x of electron-packager.

We need to implement and test this option across all apps.

Further reading suggests this requires Electron-builder 20.41, which we do not have yet due to other dependencies.

This will have to be postponed for the first release.
