Loading

1st pass:

rename "angular2-dependencies-graph" the "ngd"
update package.json && redeploy to @compodoc/

2nd pass:

move core features to @compodoc/ngd-core
move compiler to @compodoc/ngd-compiler
move codegen features (json, html, svg) to @compodoc/ngd-generator
