Last version for bootstrap 2 no more maintained

I will no more maintain bootstrap 2.3 compatible version so i create a last release for whom want to use with bootstrap 2.3.x.

I will merge branch 1.0 to master today and master will be compatible for bootstrap 3.

I do it to stop incoming issues about versions
