Add snapcraft plug-in

Heya there
I'd be lovely to have a snapcraft.io plugin of conan, so one could easily bundle linux packages from anything that's been build with conan.
I've done a reference implementation here, https://github.com/Fohlen/conan-snapcraft
A pull request is already there at canonical/snapcraft#1008, but as well a snapcraft.yaml example would be lovely in the conan repository.

Sounds interesting, have to have a look to snapcraft with more detail. If the plugin is already there and can work, then this is not a real conan issue, did you mean to add some example to the docs? if so, please open an issue then in the docs repo: https.//github.com/conan-io/docs. Thanks!

@Fohlen very cool snapcraft, I didn't know it. Would be GREAT if you could help us with an example to explain in the docs, even a blog post would be great (you could publish a guest post in our blog if you like it.)

Alright. I'll be stunned about the feedback from the snapcraft team on the PR! In the meantime this issue can properly be closed, I'll open another case in the docs repository! 👍
