This is one of a series of issues for the desired state for a user to view the Build page at the minimum responsive breakpoint of 360 px in width.

Breadcrumbs

• breadcrumbs move to next 'row' of the top navigation bar
• remove all icons from breadcrumbs
• truncate at 12 characters for pipeline name and resource name with ellipsis

What does this look like with the max number charaters used ?
