* mention open governance model early on * reformat into regular sections instead of weird inline-header + split-sections wombo combo * link to concourse, rfcs, docs, and governance repos, and designate team relationships * remove separate 'Contribute' page; just link to CONTRIBUTING.md which we should grow to include everything that was here previously if needed * bring security contact + thanks sections back, inline into the page Signed-off-by: Alex Suraci <suraci.alex@gmail.com>
