Refactor Version::get to avoid Stash error
Show "Deleted page" as a description for workflow requests when the requested page has already been deleted
Delete uncompleted Workflow Progress data when the page is deleted
Refactor Page Request classes (part of Support read vs. read/write database connections #9126)
