Checklist

  • Used a personal fork of the feedstock to propose changes
  • Bumped the build number (if the version is unchanged)
  • Reset the build number to 0 (if the version changed)
  • Re-rendered with the latest conda-smithy (Use the phrase @conda-forge-admin, please rerender in a comment in this PR for automated rerendering)
  • Ensured the license file is being packaged.

Try enabling Windows support using MS-MPI. Tagging @msmdev just to be in the loop.

Looking at [https://petsc.org/release/install/windows/](PETSc installation instructions), it seems manual Windows install is cumbersome/not recommended and on conda-forge, petsc{4py} is also not set up for Windows (+ no MS-MPI support).
Until something changes, on that side, I am closing this.
