Probably needs the java bridge, which is hard.

Though, it seems to already exist on bioconda.

I'm not too sure what the policy of repackaging bioconda stuff.

The master branch of cellprofiler has moved to scyjava, which should make this much easier once released, see:
https://github.com/CellProfiler/core/blob/c9fb56fc1f87bf290826988ba4202af5ca4dbe45/setup.py#L37
