v1.7.0 will throw error

while i use version 1.7.0. in .net framework 4.6

my app will throw the follow error
Could not load file or assembly 'System.Memory, Version=4.0.1.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=cc7b13ffcd2ddd51' or one of its dependencies.

when i rool back to version 1.5.0, the error gone.

ps: i did not test the version between 1.5.0 and 1.7.0
