This is a follow up PR that applies Semaphore migration changes to the 6.1.x branch and will be pint merged to cover all version branches after 6.1.x. The previous PR (#2873) fixed a failing test that started in the 7.0.x branches and applied Semaphore Migration to the 7.0.x branch and onward. This PR applies the same Semaphore changes to the earlier version branches but without the test change.
This PR also deprecates Jenkins in this repo. Jenkins branch builds will continue to fail in this repo due to downstream repos having deprecated Jenkins so removing the
Jenkinsfile(will deprecate Jenkins in this repo) will resolve that issue. The Semaphore branch builds are working as intended and have saved artifacts.
