neoj4 apoc 설치

로컬에 설치 해야함! 왜냐면 noe4j는 도커로 띄울꺼고 볼륨으로 plugin을 연결할 것이기 때문 
cd ~/neo4j 
cd neo4j/plugins/
// wget 설치
wget https://github.com/neo4j-contrib/neo4j-apoc-procedures/releases/download/3.5.0.6/apoc-3.5.0.6-all.jar

확인 : call apoc.help("")
