Get output of command send from source code

I am using connectBot as SSH client from mobile. Progamatically i need to execute a command after login in with a console. I am able to send command to server from SSH.java using write function. But how to receive the output of command in the source code. The output is getting displayed in the terminal but while trying to use read function present in SSH,java, i am not getting proper response.. Can any one help me with this problem ..
