i can't access to my computer from my android

I'm trying to connect from my android (xiaomi poco X3) to my computer with windows 10 installed on it, i created a SSH server using powershell and it works on my computer(for example I am able to connect using putty) but not from my android.
When I start the connection connectbot says me

Enter the actual DNS name or the numeric IP address of the SSH server that you want to contact, and not “localhost”, because localhost is just an alias for a loop-back address back to whatever computer you are on, i.e. in this case your Android device.
