@jhump This probably still needs some work, but wanted to get some concrete feedback. All the content is there, but let me know if there's anything I'm missing and if you think the pseudocode examples make sense. |

This is a guide for writing a program to test a client implementation. This is the flip-side of #808.
This adds documentation for how to implement a server for conformance tests.
