Describe the bug

When the disk it full it can happen that the download succeeds but the writing of the netlify file doesn't. Yet the site is published (meaning an error is swallowed).

To Reproduce

Fill the disc to the brink while the deploy process is running and it should accidentally publish

Expected behavior

Close with the warning of a full disk
