Travis isn't running tests any more; this would need to be converted to Github actions.

I started work with migrating GitHub Actions. But this tests too old: https://stackoverflow.com/q/6065730
It would be nice if we could support old versions of PHP, but I'm afraid that won't work. What do you think about the solution? For the moment I see a problem with the tests.
