Dear Sir or Madam,

Hopefully you are doing well. After efforts, I finished downstream analysis, such as cluster annotation. During GSEA, I realised that there are lots of hemoglobin gene contamination, How should I integrate SoupX at this stage. To go back from very beginning, it will be lots of work.
