Context

Right now a user can support as many investments as wished in the acceptance phase of a budget

What

Add a configuration option to set a maximum number of investments that can be voted per heading

How

  • Add an integer select to the admin heading edit page
  • Update permissions to take into account the maximum number of investments setting in the investment's model
