Add different type of questions

User Story

As an administrator, I want to be able to create questions inside the polls with a "type" so that depending on what type is selected the configuration of the question change according to the selection.

Why is this Needed?

It's important to have this feature because inside a poll there are many different types of questions and we need to have a way of choosing between different types.

Description

Type: Feature

Current Behavior

If we create a question, we have the type of question: "closed question with simple answer", and we can't create another type of question.

Expected Behavior

Have a select picker where we can choose what kind of question we want to create, and depending on our choice, the page will display additional information and fields to fill according to the type of question picked.

Definition of Done

• Administrator can create a new question inside a poll and select one type from a drop-down

• Depending on the type chosen, new fields will appear for filling.
