Make it possible to change answers in /legislation/processes/:id/questions/:id

User Story

As a user I would expect that it is possible to change the selection to answers in the collaborative legislation modul (debates) because there are radio buttons shown.

Why is this Needed?

If a user accidenttaly clicked on a given answer he cannot change it anymore. The given radio buttons suggest that the user can change his opinion.

Once selected it is not possible to change the selection

Expected Behavior

Either it is possible to change the selection or the buttons are others than radio buttons

3. domian.com/legislation/processes/:id/debate
4. domian.com/legislation/processes/:id/questions/:id

Definition of Done

Either it is possible to change the selection or the buttons are others than radio buttons
