Description

CONSUL uses the Annotator Javascript library for annotations on Legislation text processes.

Now is not possible to add comments from touch devices. You can try on the official demo text.

It's seem Annotator have a Touch Plugin to add support for touch devices (iOS, Android, etc.) and it would be nice include it.
