Display polls results in rows

Description

When displaying poll results, there may be questions with many answers or answers with very long texts, so displaying the results in columns instead of rows may make it difficult for users to read them.

You can see a live example for an Oldenzaal poll.

As the data “Number of votes (Percentage)” will never be that long, it would be a good idea to change the data from columns to rows.
