Wenn man einem Theme einen Templateordner zuweist, welcher aber keine Templates enthält, dann wird beim Import dieses Themes der Templateordner nicht erstellt. Das wirft einen Fehler, z.B. wenn man im BE das Layout dieses Themes zum Bearbeiten öffnet.
