Contao 3.1 RC1: page alias not generated correctly when enable "Enable folder URLs"

When I create a page "history" under "about", the alias should be "about/history". But It is now "about/". and this page url is also not right.

How do I reproduce this in the online demo?

Reproduced it in local 3.1.RC1 and in online demo as follows:

• duplicate "The Academy/Teachers", insert after Teachers => "Teachers (Kopie)"
• save => page alias is "academy/"
• clear page alias field and save again => page alias is "academy/academy"

The same occurs for a newly created page.
As far I remember, this was so in 3.0.1 already (apologies that I didn't bug it).
