Images: Move the important part section

Would it be possible to move the image "important part" selection when the mouse cursor is inside the rectangle (the mouse cursor should change to the move icon then)? That way, we could drag/move the "important part" section to a new position without actually changing its size.

I’m not sure how common it is to move the important part around.

It would be possible, but then more controls have to be added. If someone selects the whole image it wouldn’t be possible to deselect it or select a smaller part afterwards. So we would also need a „discard selection“ button or an X-button or the like.
