Add a new Chapter "Layout" to the Manual TOC and moved the areas "Seitenstruktur, ""Theme-Manager", Modulverwaltung and "Template-Verwaltung". The moved .md files are set with the Hugo "aliases" option to ensure that the existing Links will still work.
