This PR is mainly related to issue #10, upgrading Jade to Pug. The team at Jade was infringing on a trademark, and asked that teams upgrade here. This is a simple change in package, setting a different view generator in app.js, and then renaming the /view files.
I also upgraded the rest of the dependencies, and no functionality has been changed or broken.
