I saw this just now:

> brew update && brew upgrade
==> Updating Homebrew...
Updated 2 taps (homebrew/core and homebrew/cask).
==> New Formulae
mactop

brew install mactop is all I needed to get it downloaded. Congratulations on getting into Homebrew!
