I think this is ready now. Works with GIF, MP4 and PNG. Left room to add RIFE or another method later: |

I would appreciate If you can add RIFE. I think CLI has RIFE. I don't know if there is any other method. |

I used the deforum extension to run FILM interpolation. This is just a proof-of-concept. It needs UI and some refactoring. Partially addresses #119
