This PR adds Bokeh equivalents of the Matplotlib renderer tests. They are only run if the optional Bokeh dependencies are installed, and this doesn't yet happen in CI.
As in Bokeh itself the output images will depend upon the version of chrome/chromium used to generate them. If this causes too much churn in the images then their inclusion in the test suite will be reconsidered. The output may also depend on the Operating System used so it is recommended that these tests are only run on Linux.
