Description
The user must be able to see that an upgrade to the Domain schema is needed / required when the log in to the console. They must then be able to initiate the upgrade from the console and monitor its success or failure. Some sort of progress indication needs to be put in place. Theoretically, we should probably disallow all actions during the upgrade is in progress. Probably we should show the domain as in maintenance mode.
