Describe the Bug
A convergence user should not be able to change their own role, since you can wind up with no valid server administrators.

Step To Reproduce
A code snippet or gist to reproduce the issue will greatly improve our response time

  1. Launch the convergence server / admin console.
  2. Login with the default admin.
  3. Navigate to the users page and select the admin user.
  4. Change their role to developer.

Expected Behavior
The admin console and server should both prevent this change.
