Dependency cleanup (maintenance release for conveyal/analysis-backend)

This release removes the aws-java-sdk-s3 dependency, and instead uses it transitively via gtfs-lib

Remove spatial indexing

Note that this excludes changes introduced to the master branch between v1.1.0 and v2.0.0

Most gtfs-api functionality introduced between those releases has since been merged directly into https://github.com/conveyal/gtfs-api

Development in this repository is now only occurring to support https://github.com/conveyal/analysis-backend
